I tried this nasal spray by the suggestion of a nutritionist from a natural food store. I was going through my third sinus infection &my third course of antibiotics. After the antibiotics started using this spray twice daily to prevent the effects of allergies during fall season. Everytime I would have a post nasal drip or feel my nose blocked, I would use this spray and it would clear out immediately relieving me of my headache. Have used it for my 5 year old son as well who has sinus issues.
